School workers comp case filed in Defiance court

A for­mer North­east­ern Local Schools employee hurt on the job in 2003 is suing the Ohio Bureau of Work­ers Com­pen­sa­tion and North­east­ern Local. Cristina Kam­meyer ini­tially received worker’s comp ben­e­fits but was turned down after she amended her claim. She’s ask­ing for a jury trial to get her ben­e­fits. The case is filed in Defi­ance County Com­mon Pleas Court.
