A former Northeastern Local Schools employee hurt on the job in 2003 is suing the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation and Northeastern Local. Cristina Kammeyer initially received worker’s comp benefits but was turned down after she amended her claim. She’s asking for a jury trial to get her benefits. The case is filed in Defiance County Common Pleas Court.
