Troopers seize liquid codeine in traffic stop, arrest 4

Most of the time, The Ohio Highway Patrol finds heroin or marijuana in cars traveling through the area. This time, it was liquid codeine they found on the Ohio Turnpike in Fulton County. Four people in a car with temporary Illinois plates were arrested after the stop for speeding. After troopers smelled pot, the searched the vehicle and found 10 bottles of liquid codeine and five fake prescriptions. All four are now in the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio. Their names not released. Charges include third and fifth degree felonies.
