Ohio fails in anti-smoking push

The American Lung Association says Ohio is getting a failing grade when it comes to trying to control and prevent people from smoking. Ohio is 7th on the list of the states with the most smokers across the nation. They do credit the state for raising the cigarette tax by 35 cents a pack, and spending over $4 million more this year to get more people to quit smoking.
