Montpelier graduate murdered, arrest warrant issued

The young woman found dead in her apartment last week was a Montpelier high school graduate. Police are now looking for the man they say killed her. Paulding Police Chief Randy Crawford issued a murder warrant for 47-year-old Frank Tracy of Paulding. The victim, Hannah Fischer, was found dead in her apartment Tuesday afternoon by a maintenance worker. Police initially sealed the warrant so the man’s name wouldn’t be leaked and cause the suspect to flee. According to published reports, Tracy’s photo and alleged connection to the murder began circulating on social media the day after Fischer’s murder. Anyone who knows Tracy’s whereabouts is urged to call police.
