Paulding Police Chief Randy Crawford says the vehicle belonging to murder suspect Frank Tracy Junior was found on Friday in Defiance County. According to the Defiance County Sheriff’s office, the vehicle was found at a residence on Ashpacher Road, near Ohio 15. Police do not know what type of vehicle Tracy may be in now, if any. Tracy is wanted in the death of 21-year-old Hannah Fischer of Montpelier. She was reportedly living in Paulding with Tracy at the time of her death. Authorities have entered the warrant for his arrest on murder charges into a national database. Fishers’ body was found on February 9 in their apartment on W. Perry St. in Paulding.
Tracy is 5’9″ tall, with green eyes and brown hair. He weighs about 150 pounds. Anyone who has information about his whereabouts is asked to call Paulding Police Department.
