Leipsic postal worker has trial date for theft charge

The Defiance man indicted for stealing tens of thousands of dollars from the Leipsic Post Office where he worked now has a court date. 20-year-old Douglas Bush is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on April 12th in Toledo. The case is being heard in U.S. District Court in Ohio’s Northern District. Bush is charged with stealing $22,000 from the post office last year. He worked at the Leipsic office and is accused of stealing postal service money orders during about a two week period in July.
