Two Williams County commissioner candidates missed the deadline for filing their pre-primary campaign finance reports. Terry Rummel, from Pioneer and JB Orendorff of Bryan will now be referred to the Ohio Elections Commission. They could be fined. Both said the missed filings were oversights. Reports are required by any candidate, committee or political action committee which has raised more than $1,000 to support an issue or candidate on the March 15th primary ballot.
