Leipsic man charged after speeding stop led to pursuit

A Leipsic man is in jail on felony charges after a high-speed pursuit in Putnam County on Friday afternoon. The Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Juan Pardo is in jail, charged with drug and traffic charges.
According to a release, two deputies tried to pull Pardo over for going 71 in a 55 on Ohio 613. Pardo’s car crashed in Continental, where he got out on foot. Deputies were able to arrest him without further incident.
