Archbold BOE, teachers’ union agree on pay raises

Teachers in Archbold schools will be getting a raise. The Archbold Area Board of Education and the district’s teachers’ union agreed Wednesday on a contract that has pay raises in store for teachers. Teachers will receive a 2 percent increase in the first and second years of the three-year contract, and 1.75 percent raise in the third year.
Their current contract is set to expire July 31.
