A Fulton County grand jury returned indictments against eight individuals this week. From Archbold, Jon Ordway is facing one count of aggravated possession of drugs. On or about March 19, he allegedly possessed methamphetamine. In Liberty Center, 21-year old Jesse Brown is facing two counts of theft and one count of burglary. Court records show that between Jan. 14-March 20, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure and allegedly stole a GoPro camera, a laptop computer and blank checks.
A Swanton man is indicted on marijuana trafficking charges. 19 year old Nicholas Navarre is charged with selling or offering to sell marijuana and allegedly transported or distributed marijuana that was intended for sale by himself or another.
• Joshua Ebling, 29, Napoleon, two counts of felonious assault and one count of assault. On or about May 8, he allegedly stole cash valued at more than $7,500 but less than $150,000.
• William Box, 51, Swanton, three counts of voyeurism and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. On or about November 2015-March 18, 2016, Box allegedly trespassed or invaded the privacy of a minor to videotape or photograph the minor in a state of nudity.
