In Defiance, Police say 37-year-old Dawn Steffey was driving under the influence and backed into a vehicle on George Issac Drive then left the scene on Saturday about 2:30 a.m. She was tracked down and arrested, then also charged with driving under suspension, leaving the scene and improper backing.
