Montpelier women die in crash on Ohio 576

Two Montpelier women were killed in a two-vehicle crash last Thursday evening. 51-year-old Debbie Riley and her passenger, 48-year-old Janie Williamis were killed when Riley failed to stop on Ohio 576 at U.S. 6 and hit a car driven by Casey Sanders. The 25-year-old Edgerton man was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital. Riley was pronounced dead at the scene and Williams was transported to the Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, where she was pronounced dead.
