Final pretrial hearing in the case against 43 year old Bradley Gillespie of Defiance

Paulding County Common Pleas Court Judge Tiffany Beckman ruled on several issues Monday during the final pretrial hearing in the case against 43 year old Bradley Gillespie of Defiance. Gillespie is charged with two counts of murder. He is accused of killing Paulding residents 21 year old Hannah Fischer and 47 year old Frank Tracy Jr.,on Feb. 3. One issue that the court is still considering is whether or not to restrict the clothing of the family and friends of the victims and other members of the gallery. During several of Gillespie’s pretrial hearings, friends and family members of Fischer have worn T-shirts with her picture and sayings such as “Justice for Hannah” and stating her birthday and date of death. Gillespie’s attorneys will be submitting a motion to restrict “clothing with pictures of the victim(s) or signage about them.”
