A group of entrepreneurs gathered at Northwest State Community College (NSCC) to discuss their ideas and get input from a panel of experts during the third annual Entrepreneurship Forum on Tuesday. More than a dozen presenters addressed a panel of economic development directors, chamber of commerce officials, NSCC representatives, a patent attorney and bankers. One NSCC student, Kevin Coolman, presented his idea that would be a solution for tangled cables for electronic devices. Coolman stated he came up with this because he is a musician and have 30-40 cables lying all over the place and they were always getting tangled. Coolman added his product’s target audience would be musicians. He presented an initial prototype for a device to the panel, but stated that he is still tweaking the design.
