In a follow up on a story we brought you earlier in the week, a pair of men who police described as armed and dangerous are in police custody. The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department reports that Angola Police and Steuben County deputies captured 32-year-old Aaron Loffer in Angola early Wednesday afternoon. Meanwhile, Fort Wayne Police captured Jeremy Tuttle around 11 Wednesday night. They say he was in a vehicle stolen from Steuben County last month. Loffer faces new charges that include five additional counts of theft. He was also held on outstanding warrants from Steuben and Allen Counties with bail set at $22-thousand dollars. Tuttle was held at the Allen County Jail on an outstanding warrant from LaGrange County and faces additional charges in Allen County.
