Ohio Gas Company in Bryan featured by Secretary of State’s office

Businesses featured by the Ohio Business Profile are companies that help power Ohio, according to information from Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted’s office. Each month, a handful of diverse businesses linked together by a common theme are featured on the Secretary of State’s website. The theme in April is companies in the energy sector, which includes coal, natural gas, nuclear power, petroleum and renewable energy. The state’s natural gas and crude oil industry provides over 193,000 direct and indirect jobs each year and is responsible for more than $700 million a year in Ohio salaries.
