Absentee ballots being returned by mail must be postmarked by today

Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted reminds voters that completed absentee ballots being returned by mail must be postmarked by today. Those who have not yet mailed their absentee ballot are encouraged to drop it off in-person at their county board of elections before the polls close tomorrow night at 7:30pm. A voted ballot may also be returned by a family member. By the close of the polls on May 2nd, Ohio voters will have had four weeks to cast their ballots during the early voting period that began on April 4th.
