Charges in connection to a Paulding County murder case have been dropped

Charges in connection to a Paulding County murder case have been dropped. 44 year old Lisa King had been facing two counts of tampering with evidence in Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Last week, the state dismissed the charges against King without prejudice. The motion to dismiss states that King took at polygraph test by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and passed the polygraph examination. It was alleged that on or about March 14, 2016, King moved the body of 44 year old Wilma Schwartz to impair the availability of evidence in an investigation to her death. The body of Schwartz of Fort Wayne was found March 14 at a home in the 10400 block of Road 1, Antwerp. 44 year old Daniel Zerbe of Fort Wayne, is facing a murder charge in the case.
