Major General Jeffrey Kruse to be honored by his alma mater Pettisville High School

Major General Jeffrey Kruse, United States Air Force, will return home on May 26 to be honored by his high school at an assembly in the varsity gymnasium at 9 AM. The public is welcomed. A 1986 graduate of Pettisville High School, Kruse moved up through the ranks of general when he was confirmed by the Senate for his second star on March 27, 2017. The “Circle of Excellence” Award he will receive is designed to honor distinguished accomplishments” by P.H.S. graduates. He will be the first recipient of this new award. He was nominated in 2015 for this award by Roger Rupp of Rupp Seeds, who will assist with the presentation. Major General Kruse will also be the featured speaker at Memorial Day Services in Archbold at 9:30 AM at K of C Hall and Pettisville at the Pettisville Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
