Man’s death at the Menards Distribution Center in Holiday City is being investigated by OSHA

A man’s death at the Menards Distribution Center in Holiday City is being investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. An EMS unit was dispatched to Menards on County Road 15, last Monday. The unit was responding to a lawn mowing accident, the details of which are still unclear, that eventually claimed the life of 36-year-old Benjamin Rediger of West Unity. According to officials, the investigation centers on Clark’s Lawn Care and Snow Removal LLC. That company employed Rediger and was contracting with Menards. OSHA said it has not yet received a cause of death indication from the Williams County coroner and that it has up to six months to complete an investigation into the matter.
