Wood County woman killed Monday morning in pedestrian car accident

A Wood County woman was killed Monday morning after being struck by a vehicle near Texas. Killed was 62 year old Enedelia Cisineros of Bowling Green. According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, at 10:40 a.m., at 11900 block of Henry/Lucas County Line Road, Cisineros was walking on a private drive farm access lane. A pickup truck driven by 63 year old Kevin Vandock of Delta, was reportedly backing and struck her, knocking her to the ground. Cisineros was transported to Henry County Hospital, Napoleon, by Liberty Rescue. Vandock and a passenger in the vehicle were not injured. Vandock’s vehicle was not damaged. The deputy’s accident report stated Cisineros was distracted by her phone at the time of the incident.
