The Ohio Highway Patrol will hold a checkpoint in Williams County, tonight. Funded by federal grants, it is expected to deter and intercept impaired drivers. There were 313 DUI related crashes in 2016, in which 346 people were killed last year in Ohio. State troopers make on average 25,000 DUI arrests each year.
