Moore Pleads Guilty In Sex Case

A Defiance man enters a plea in a sexual abuse case involving a teenage girl. Timothy Moore, 21 pled guilty to sexual battery. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 16. Moore had been indicted by a county grand jury on two other charges…rape and gross sexual imposition. The indictment alleged that on March 18 Moore engaged in sexual contact with the 17 year old girl.
