Investigators say rags in a floor staining project may have been the cause of a structure fire near Orland on North State Road. The resident at the mobile home told firefighters a neighbor had seen the smoke and woke her up by beating on the side of the home. One firefighter was treated at the scene for a medical issue. No one else was injured.
