The non-seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Williams County continues to fall in September, to 3.9 percent, down from 4.5 in August and 5.1 percent in July…that’s according to data from Ohio’s Department of Job and Family Services. The September 2017 rate was also down from the same month in 2016, when it was 4.5 percent. In September 2015, it was 4.1. About 18,200 of Williams County’s 18,900 strong workforce were employed in September.
