Seneca County Tragedy

Five people are killed in a house fire in Seneca County, between Bascom and Fostoria. When crews arrived, the home was engulfed in flames. Crews were forced to close State Route 18 for a time. When the blaze was extinguished, the fire team found the bodies of three victims inside. Later, two more were located. The Fire Marshal’s office says they do not believe the fire is suspicious. There was a gathering at an area school to mourn the victims.
