Weed Bust On The Toll Road

A traffic stop on the Indiana Toll Road results in the seizure of over two pounds of marijuana. An ISP Trooper stopped a vehicle for several traffic violations while it was traveling eastbound near the 80 mile marker, three miles east of the Notre Dame exit. While talking to the driver, the officer could smell the odor of marijuana and called for another trooper to assist. Seven glass jars filled with marijuana were seized. The weight?…almost two and a half pounds. The driver, Joseph Herbaugh of Reno, Nevada, was arrested.
