Charles Farsht is sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service for illegally dumping old tires in Lima. Farsht was one of four people charged with illegally transporting and dumping scrap tires to the vacant lot there. Two of the other men, both Lima residents, received fines and jail time…this while another man is wanted on an arrest warrant. More arrests are expected.
