A one lane stretch of I-69 is shut down after a semi tips over, blocking the Waterloo exit near the U.S. 6 intersection. The roadway was closed for several hours. Upon arrival, emergency crews found the big rig resting on the guardrail in the median of the interstate, blocking the left southbound lane. Investigators say John Blevins of Coldwater was driving too closely behind a 5-ton flatbed driven by Kevin Foster of Warsaw. Blevins saw the flatbed in front of him, swerved left to avoid hitting it, then over-corrected and drove into the guardrail.
