HC Water Tower Update

Repairs to the Holiday City water tower are on hold by the project contractor. The main standpipe to be replaced has frozen water in it. This made it very heavy and created a safety issue. In January, the un-insulated pipe burst. Water then filled the chlorine unit and heater. The contractor says work will resume after warmer temperatures melt the ice.
