Unemployment in the region went down from January to February, that’s according to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Henry County had the highest unemployment rate in February at 5.9 percent, down from 6.5 percent in January. Defiance County is at 4.5 percent…Paulding County, 4.1.
