Police Want Moll

A Montpelier man is wanted after breaking the conditions of a previous arrest. Tim Moll was originally charged with drug possession last October. At that time, he filed for drug intervention and treatment, in lieu of criminal prosecution one month later. He was released from the jail in Stryker, under conditions that he comply with a three-year drug intervention program, administered by the Williams County Adult Probation Office. In March, he violated conditions of his bond after he was charged with an alcohol-related offense in Indiana. The warrant for his arrest still stands since then.
