A Hicksville man faces the court in Defiance on felony charges in connection to the death of his infant child. Jared Stark waived his right to a preliminary hearing. His $125,000 bond was continued. Sarah Stark, the infant’s mother will have a preliminary hearing in Defiance on Thursday. Results from the investigation show the child was born alive in the Stark home on Oct. 29, 2016…it died within the first 10 hours of life. The body was found last week.
