Central Local Schools makes another attempt to ask voters to help fund permanent improvement projects for the district’s two existing facilities after long-term discussion. The district is seeking a target of $500,000 a year, which it hopes to attain through the passage of a proposed 10-year, 0.5 percent tax on income for the district’s voters, which will be placed on the Nov. 6 ballot.
