GAS LEAK EVACUATES SCHOOL

Stu­dents and staff at St. Anthony’s School in Colum­bus Grove were evac­u­ated Wednes­day after­noon after a gas leak was dis­cov­ered nearby.

The Put­nam County Sheriff’s Office says stu­dents and staff were evac­u­ated by bus to Colum­bus Grove Local Schools around 12:30 as a pre­cau­tion­ary mea­sure while the leak was repaired.

They remained there for the rest of the school day.
