MONTPELIER SCHOOL BOARD MEETS

The Mont­pe­lier Vil­lage Exempted Schools Board of Edu­ca­tion on Tues­day learned that the school has been awarded a $9,000 grant for two fac­ulty mem­bers to attend a lead­er­ship acad­emy in Colum­bus.

In other busi­ness, the school board accepted over $8,000 in dona­tions — includ­ing $6,000 from the ath­letic boost­ers to foot­ball, cheer­lead­ing and golf — along with pol­icy updates and employ­ment updates.
