Welch Takes The Helm

The Henry County Economic Development Office has a new leader. April Welch replaces Denise Dahl, who resigned. Welch currently is the economic development director of Blissfield, Mich. She has been involved in the field for six years. She says she is looking to expand the territory from an economic standpoint and wanted to work in a rural community.
