Ruth Ann Wolf, age 80, of Wauseon passed away late Saturday November 2, 2013 at the St. Luke Hospital in Maumee. Prior to her retirement she had worked at the former McCord Corporation in Wauseon for 29 years.
Mrs. Wolf was born on November 10, 1932 in Wauseon, Ohio the daughter of the late Jay D. and the late Alta (Stratton) Chamberlin. On December 5, 1969 she married Richard Wolf and he survives. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving besides her husband, Richard and sister, Mary Lou(Richard) Beard, are two daughters; Pat(Jeff) Bowers, and Florence(Ron) Globke. Three stepsons; David(Julie) Wolf, John(Judy) Wolf, and Tim(Vicki) Wolf. Stepdaughter: Rose Ann(Greg) Witt. Also surviving are her grandchildren; Tiffany(Greg) Leininger, Jennifer(Terry) Barnum, Sarah Vollmar, Emily Witt, Gabe Witt, Shane(Jennifer) Wolf, Justin(Karen) Wolf, Nate(Deepali) Wolf, Adam Wolf, Kourtney Wolf, Lance(Angie) Bowers, Stephanie Bowers, Matt(Ronnie) Wolf, Bethany(Ryan) Wolf, Andrew Globke, and Jacob Globke, as well as her great-grandchildren; Bailey, CJ, Samantha, Cody, Brandon, Parker, Sophie, Julie Ann, Ben, Kennedy, Katie, Holly, and Amy, and her great-great-grandchildren: Braiden and Paityn. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Robert Chamberlin, her daughter, Pamela Hoover and her nephew, Mick Chamberlin.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm Wednesday November 6, 2013 at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon with Pastor Donna Stutzman officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00pm until service time.
