A Defiance man, accused of sex crimes against children in both Defiance and Williams counties, pleads guilty in a Williams County courtroom. William Shock pled guilty to a third-degree felony charge of gross sexual imposition. Online court records show Shock was accused of touching an 8-year-old child during the summer of 2019. His sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 13.
