Chase Ends In Arrest

Garret Wagoner, of Pioneer, is in custody after a short high-speed pursuit out of Montpelier. The police tries to pull Wagoner over on Monroe Street for a traffic violation. Wagoner instead floors it…heading onto Ohio 576. When the police catch up in the chase…they find the vehicle had been in a wreck. Wagoner hit the ditch and overturned. He was taken to an area hospital to get checked…then he was released into police custody. He is charged with DUI…drug possession…and a list of charges from previous cases. Wagoner is held at CCNO at this hour.
