In Steuben County…38-year-old Joshua Wicker of Angola is picked up by deputies…for invasion of privacy. The word goes out from the hospital…Wicker is hurt…someone hit him in the head with a machete. After an investigation…the weapon was actually a knife…and Wicker…who apparently broke a non-contact order in the case….faces charges.
