The Bryan Board of Public Affairs approves a plan to allow the police and fire departments to train in deserted homes, owned by BMU. All of the properties are located near the utilities’ assets. BMU had rented the homes out…but in 2017, with the homes in various levels of disrepair, adopted a policy to develop a plan for demolition.
