Trouble.

A late Ohio Supreme Court decision has thrown a monkey wrench into the Williams County Board of Elections preparation for the upcoming election. On Tuesday, the Ohio Supreme Court voted 4-2 that Tore Maras should be allowed to run as an Independent candidate for Ohio Secretary of State. She had originally been denied a spot as a Republican candidate and then as an Independent due to alleged discrepancies in her petition signatures. With deadlines approaching for mail absentee ballots to the military, as well as general in-county requests for them, the Williams County Board of Elections already had ballots printed and stuffed in envelopes ready to be mailed.
