The mural being painted on a Bryan water tower is beginning to take shape and the artist may begin sooner than expected. The current painters have also outlined the lettering…spelling out Bryan Ohio on the stem of the tower, and will also outline the Dum Dums lollipops that will be a main feature of the mural. The Dum Dums lollipop design was agreed to through a deal with Bryan Municipal Utilities and the Spangler Candy Co. It is hoped the tower will become a conversation piece and help attract visitors to the city, as well as being a promotional tool for Spangler Candy.
