Poor physical and mental health seems to be on the rise in Williams County adults, and it is affecting the daily lives of some residents. Those are some of the results seen from the most recent Williams County Health Assessment, which was presented to county commissioners, this week. Adults surveyed reported 4.6 days in the past 30 in which their mental health was not good, either. This was higher than both the state and national responses. In addition, 27% of Williams County adults reported that poor physical or mental health kept them from doing usual activities, such as self-care, work or recreation, at least one day in the past 30.
