Edgerton Planning Commission votes to approve conditional use permit for local business.

With no objections from those who attended, the Edgerton Planning Commission Monday night voted unanimously to approve a conditional use permit for a local business. According to the Bryan Times, Village Administrator Dawn Fitzcharles said a permit had been applied for in 2022 by the owners of Fleo’s Flicks, a drive-in movie theater at 233 E. Morrison St. At the time, they also applied for a lot split. The planning commission and council both approved those requests then.“The conditional use permit was in effect for two years and now they’re applying to have the conditional use permit made permanent and follow the parcel,” Fitzcharles said. “What you’d be offering is they would be able to continue to have a drive-in on this parcel.”
