Williams County Port Authority approves bid to build a second house in Stryker.

The Williams County Port Authority has approved a bid to build a second house in Stryker and intends to purchase the plans for the house to use again. According to an article in the Bryan Times, located at 109 King St., Young Construction will build the house for $135,000. The house is slightly different than the houses the authority has built in the past.“ It looks like more like the old houses uptown,” authority member Sean Rupp said. “It’s still 1,050 square feet, but this one is two full baths and a single car garage with a front porch.”
