NSCC graduation over the weekend.

Northwest State Community College honored 226 graduates with 231 awards during its annual spring commencement ceremony over the weekend at Founder’s Hall. The list included 192 associate degrees and 39 certificates according to NSCC’s manager of marketing and communications, Jim Bellamy. Henry County Hospital’s Kristi Barnd chief executive officer for Henry County Hospital was the commencement speaker while Jayne Durham, a Henry County resident was the student speaker.
