Six people arrested Saturday on kidnapping and assault charges.

Six people in Lucas County were arrested early Saturday morning on kidnapping and assault charges, according to Toledo police. Aaron Bradshaw, 49, Austin Bradshaw, 23, Michael Esqueda, 28, Martina Jones, 28, David Cessna, 26, and Chance Johnston, 27, were charged for allegedly assaulting and holding someone against their will for several days. The documents allege the victim was held against his will and was violently threatened by the defendants. The victim was beaten with a baseball bat, made to stand for extended periods of time, was only allowed to eat and drink once a day, and only slept for 10 hours during a seven day stretch, police said.
