The Four County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services board approved most of its behavioral health services contracts for the fiscal year starting July 1. The contracts total $5,692,846 and are with nine agencies that serve clients from Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties. The money will be used to provide mental health and substance use/abuse services for clients with limited income.
